Sinds eind 2024 organiseren we elke maand, een weekend lang, een 'lunch special'. Een mooie wijn wordt uitgelicht in combinatie met een menu, of andersom, we lichten een mooi seizoensingrediënt uit. Ook gaan we samenwerkingen aan met andere restaurants, we combineren dan onze keukens en serveren een lunchweekend lang, dit speciaal samengestelde menu.
De lunch specials gaan op reservering: reserveer dus uw plekje.

From November '24 we will organize a monthly: weekend lunch special. We will highlight a wine and offer selected pairing and menu, or vice versa. Or we organize a Pop-up with another restaurant. The lunch specials are by reservation: so please reserve your spot.
Since 2024, we organize a 'lunch special', every month, for one weekend. A beautiful wine is highlighted in combination with a menu, or the other way around, we highlight a beautiful seasonal ingredient with a wine pairing. We collab with other restaurants, combine our kitchens and offer a special menu. The lunch specials are by reservation: so reserve your spot.

We are combining our Dutch kitchen with the Indonesian kitchen. With the Moluccan-Java kitchen to be precise, of our friends in Noord:
KANNIBALEN & PARADIJSVOGElS.
Together we will prepare a 4 course menu with spices, herbs, Indonesian classics and Dutch soil products, combined. We will cook together, play new and old Indonesian music, and wil start, what we believe, will be the first of many more Lunch Special collaborations to come, with KANNIBALEN.

Celebrating the launch of Beaujolais Nouveau 2024 at Wilde Zwijnen! Who's coming to taste this very young Beaujolais wine for the first time?
We will prepare a special 4-course lunch menu and serve a Beaujolais wine experience from Lavernette, Laplu and Foulard a.o. We will play some records, wave the French flag and turn it into a culinary party!
